ST. ALBANS -- State Police arrest a man wanted for a number of charges including fleeing from police and manufacturing methamphetamine.
According to a news release, on Monday, Trooper L.W. Price and Senior Trooper A. B. Ward, of the South Charleston Detachment, received information that a fugitive, Timothy Ward, 27, was at a home at 394 Kanawha St. in St. Albans.
Ward was arrested at the scene and is in the South Central Regional Jail. He faces two charges of failure to appear in Kanawha County Circuit Court. Ward also faces charges of escape from custody, obstructing an officer, manufacturing methamphetamine, and fleeing on foot from a previous incident in Putnam County.
