Jabryan Timbers, 25, is out of jail on a $10,000 bond.
DUNBAR -- Police make an arrest after allegedly finding crack cocaine during a loitering call.
According to a news release from Kanawha County Sheriff's Department, deputies were on patrol on Nov. 13, in the West Dunbar – Institute area when they encountered several people loitering at the Smoot Avenue Apartments parking lot near posted signs reading “No Loitering” and “Police Enforced.”
Deputies determined none of the individuals lived or knew anyone in the apartments. According to the release, they found a plastic Tylenol Bottle containing 20 rocks of crack cocaine in the possession of Jabryan D. Timbers, 25, of Dunbar.
Police also allegedly discovered a small bag of marijuana in Timbers’ possession as well. The Crack Cocaine has a street value of approximately $400.
Timbers was arrested and sent to the South Central Regional Jail. He was released on a $10,000 surety bond over the weekend.
