Coal Conference Begins in Logan County

Gov. Joe Manchin will speak Monday on the issue

CHARLESTON -- Coal in the mountain state will be up for discussion on Monday in Logan County.

Gov. Joe Manchin is scheduled to be in Logan to talk about the issue.

The Coal Conference is being held at the Chief Logan Conference Room at Chief Logan State Park.
