Trial Rescheduled for Huntington Murder Suspect

Robert Fraizier is accused of killing Kathryn Smith in August 2008.

HUNTINGTON -- The trial of a Huntington man charged with killing his live-in girlfriend has been postponed until December.

Robert Fraizier faces a first-degree murder for the August 2008 shooting death of Kathryn Smith. The shooting happened at the couple's home on Richmond Street in Guyandotte.

His trial was scheduled to begin Tuesday. It now is set to begin Dec. 8.
