Ravenswood, Jackson County -- Nearly 30 students at Heritage Christian Academy in Ravenswood got their H1N1 vaccinations Tuesday.
Both the nasal and injection vaccines were used.
The Jackson County Health Department does not have enough vaccines at this time to protect all school-age children in the area.
For now they are targeting elementary school children, then when more vaccines come in, they're planning to branch out to the secondary schools.
"It just feels like a little drop of cold water," said student Ashley Taylor, about the nasal vaccine. "It wasn't bad at all."
Some parents opted not to have their children vaccinated. More clinics are planned at other Jackson County elementary schools next week.
