HUNTINGTON -- A Kentucky man is facing 2-to-10 years for his role in a Cabell County murder.
In July, Donnie Evans pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of assault during the commission of a robbery.
He had been charged with first-degree murder in the February 2007 shooting death of Travis Huff.
The crime took place on Broadmoor Drive in the East Pea Ridge Area of Cabell County.
Evans' co-defendant, Charles Blevins, was convicted of first-degree murder earlier this year.
Evans will get credit for time already served.
