Suspect faces 2-to-10 years in prison
CABELL COUNTY -- A Kentucky man enters a guilty plea to a lesser charge in connection with a Cabell County murder.
Donnie Evans, pleaded guilty to assault during the commission of a robbery.
He was charged with first degree murder in the February 2007 shooting death of Travis Huff.
The crime took place on Broadmoor Drive in the East Pea Ridge Area of Cabell County. Evans' co-defendant, Charles Blevins, was convicted of first degree murder earlier this year. Evans now faces 2-to-10 years in prison and will be sentenced September 4.
