HANOVER --  FEMA leaders hosted a meeting Monday to share information about their temporary housing in Wyoming and Mingo counties.

The meeting was for anyone whose home was left in unlivable condition after the flooding in May.

FEMA has temporary mobile home units available for 18 months, while clean-up and repairs are done. These temporary homes are set up like mobile home parks in the impacted areas.

The goal is not to relocate these families, but rather to offer them a safe place while they rebuild their homes.

For more information on the temporary housing you can call the toll-free housing hotline at (877) 444-0422.
