CHARLESTON -- We now know the identity to "Pumpman 1994" who submitted the winning bid to help blow up the former Union Carbide building in South Charleston.
His name is Chris Belcher of Cincinnati, Ohio, a native of St. Albans and former University of Charleston baseball player.

The raffle drawing to determine the new winner will be held at 5 p.m. this Friday at home plate of Triana Field on the U.C. campus.
