Governor Taft directs students to call special hotline.
One thousand students displaced by the hurricane are said to be from Ohio.
And today Gov. Bob Taft announced they're all allowed to enroll in any Ohio school, public or private.
Starting Tuesday, affected college students can call a hotline and be directed to the appropriate school in Ohio.
The only caviat: the students will have to pay any difference in the cost of tuition between the school they were attending in the Gulf and the Ohio college or university they select.
