CROSS LANES -- Retired Michigan contractor, Tom Hall, just won the second largest slot machine jackpot ever in West Virginia, taking home $3.4 million.
Hall was passing through the area when he stopped to play the slots at the Tri-State Racetrack and Gaming Center.
He struck it big on the Cashola Progressive Slot.
Hall says he was amazed by the amount he won.
According to the West Virginia Lottery, the gross income from video lottery machine at Tri-State added up to $65.3 million last year.
