CHARLESTON -- A group of musicians who got their start in West Virginia are heading overseas to entertain the troops.
The Redding Brothers performed in the Charleston and Huntington areas for years before moving to Nashville.
This week they are leaving for a twenty-five day, seven country tour with the military.
They say this isn't just something they are doing to be patriotic, for them the mission is personal.
Their younger brother is a Marine.
"Its a great opportunity for us," said group member Josiah Redding. "Hopefully we'll be able to do some good for people over there. We're happy about it all the way around."
The brothers will be leaving Tuesday.
Family, friends and fans gathered Sunday to see them again before the trip.
