You can also call your local emergency services and ask them to relay the report.

The Image Author grants to West Virginia Media LLC, a perpetual non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to place that Image on any West Virginia Media, LLC owned Web site or air it on any broadcast of a West Virginia Media LLC owned television station, or for publication in The State Journal.
